Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Countries

We deliver within the European Union as well as to selected other countries. The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and on the checkout page.

Germany: €4.95 per order / Free shipping for orders over €200
EU countries: €4.95 per order / Free shipping for orders over €200
Switzerland & other countries: €19.95 per order (plus customs duties etc. – see point 5)

2. Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery within Germany takes approx. 2–4 working days.
Deliveries to other EU countries take approx. 3–7 working days from receipt of order.

3. Shipping Providers

Orders are usually shipped with DHL or Deutsche Post.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by e-mail.

4. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can monitor the status of your shipment online at any time.

5. Information on International Shipments

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland), we charge a flat shipping rate of €19.95 per order.

In addition to the shipping costs, further customs duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by the respective country upon import. These additional costs are to be borne by the customer and are usually collected by the shipping service provider (e.g. DHL) directly upon delivery.

Please inform yourself about the applicable import regulations and fees for your country before placing an order. We have no influence over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
